Exchange & Return Policy

Our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India. Consequently, they do not possess the uniform consistency of machine-made goods. Irregularities in the weave, print, or stitching are inherent to the handloom process and are not classified as defects.


CLEARANCE SALE POLICY

 

  1. No returns/exchanges on the items under clearance sale.
  2. All Sales are final.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

  1. Given the handmade nature of the products and the time it takes to craft each piece, such products are only eligible for exchange. We accept exchanges on items within 2 days of you receiving the shipment.
  2. A first reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost within UAE.
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
  4. Customize orders will not be eligible for exchange.
  5. International orders will not be eligible for exchange.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

 

  1. To raise a request, email info@indieEssense.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +971 58 576 4486
  2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours.
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection.
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their packaging, labels and tags intact.
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages.
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange.
  7. Typically, it takes 4-5 business days to complete your exchange request

 

REFUND POLICY

 

  1. Exchanges are in the form of store credit equivalent to the product(s) purchase price.
  2. There is no reverse shipping fees applied on the first return of the product within UAE.
  3. First time exchange for size or a different style/product is free.
  4. A non-refundable reverse shipping fee of AED 20 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note.
  5. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  6. Shipping fees and custom charges are non-refundable.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

 

  1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.
  3. You must send the supporting photographs on e-mail info@indieEssense.com
  4. Our team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped.
  2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped
