- We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of AED 20 on all orders under AED 200
- Orders above AED 200 enjoy free shipping across UAE
- Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from order confirmation
- Your order maybe split based on product availability and to reduce shipping time
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
- COD or cash on delivery facility is available on all orders across UAE
- We do not offer a try-and-buy at the time of delivery or an open box delivery
- You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel
- The courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns
